Methodology

Every entry must carry at least one named source before it is treated as verified. Entries without a confirmed source carry a visible badge and are excluded from aggregate claims in FPR reporting.

Quantity figures use the most authoritative available figure: forensic/court-confirmed preferred over police press release. Drug type attribution follows court charges or forensic confirmation.

Institutional integrity events are included because they are material to governance analysis. This tracker does not constitute legal opinion.
